	Checklists The Checklist for Getting Started will take you through the initial steps for launching the Be There campaign. The Checklist for Implementation will help you run and maintain the campaign. view / download

	Flyers These flyers are for districts to inform parent organizations, community organizations and potential sponsors about the campaign. view / download

	PowerPoint Presentations These multimedia slide shows can be used to explain the programs to your superintendent, school board members, principals and district and school staff. It is important to get their support so they can help carry the message forward. view / download

	Principal Materials Principals are key to keeping the message to “be there for a child” before their families. This packet includes ways to do that without putting any additional work on their busy plates. view / download

	Printing/DVD Estimates These are only estimates to give you an idea for budgeting purposes. The companies listed here have agreed to charge participating districts the lowest possible fees. Please contact them directly for a quote for your specific district or you may use local printers and duplicators. view / download

	Ads These ads offer you various sizes of black and white or color ads, which can be used in your community’s newspapers or in print materials that your district creates, such as Parent Guides, the Code of Student Conduct booklet, athletic programs etc. view

	Bookmarks These inexpensive reminders to family and community members can be printed in black and white or in color. Sometimes, printers can incorporate these bookmarks on other jobs they are printing to save you money. view

	Brochure / Invitations The 4-page and 8-page brochures can be personalized to your district with the addition of your logo, district name and copy that reflects your district’s goals. Another option is to include the DVD within a specially designed brochure. view

	Billboards / Banners School districts frequently find sponsors or free space to pay for these very effective billboards. Banners are another way to attract attention to the Be There message in schools. view

	Calendar Monthly Be There reminders and tips to families can be placed in a printed calendar or on your website's calendar. view

	District Websites Participating school districts have created various home pages for the Be There campaign on their district's website. view

	DVD Scenarios The Be There campaign is about stories of parents connecting with their child during an everyday moment of life. Here are six stories intended to serve as an inspiration to families who watch them. The scenarios are compiled onto a DVD and given to participating districts. view

	Direct Mail Here are six direct mail pieces that can be used as a series or as a stand-alone flyer. view

	Logos Zip files contains the Be There logo in multiple formats including jpg, tif, eps, ai and pdf. view

	Newsletter Templates No time to write your own Be There materials? Here are some templates you can complete easily for use in your district or schools' newsletters. view

	News Release Sample Here's a sample of a Be There News Release from one of our districts. view

	Phone Messages Reminding parents about the campaign is as easy as saying at the end of a communication, "Remember parents, be there for your child today." Or, you can use one of our stand-alone samples. view

	Photos These inspiring photos of one adult and one child tell the story of being there for a child. You can choose the photos you want to use in the campaign materials. Run your curser over each photo for a larger view. view / download

	Pledge Banner Hang this banner up in your schools and have parents sign the "pledge" to Be There for their children. view

	Post Cards Post cards offer another print alternative to remind parents to Be There. view

	Posters Posters are a highly visible component that can be displayed throughout your schools, district offices, community centers, business partners, libraries, etc. Districts usually start with at least two different versions to be switched out during the school year. Many districts select two versions for the elementary level and two different ones for the secondary schools. view

	Proclamations At times, other political entities, such as city or county commissioners, show their support for an important cause by reading a proclamation at one of their public meetings. view

	Public Service Announcements (Video) The television PSAs can be localized by Voss and Associates with your district’s name, slogan and logo. They can be shown on local TV stations or streamed on your website. view

	Public Service Announcements (Radio) The radio PSA is a sample produced by a broadcast partner of one of the participating districts. We encourage you to contact your local television and radio stations to discuss partnership opportunities with them. hear

	Superintendent Messages Your superintendent can give the following speech and PowerPoint presentation at staff or parent "Welcome Back To School" events. You'll also find two newsletter articles shared by a Florida school district. view

	Tabletop Displays Samples of tabletop displays created for various events. view

	Thank You Cards Rarely are parents thanked for the hard job of being a parent. Here's a way to do that and tie it in with the Be There campaign. view
